Bu hatayla ilgili sağlıklı bir çözüm bulamayınca kendi bulduğum çözümü paylaşmak istedim.

Benim tespitim Yönetimsel Araçlar'da Hizmetler'den Hotspot hizmetlerinin durdurulmasıydı. Lakin bunları tekrar başlatınca sorun çözüldü. Yani şunları yaptım,

1) Başlat – Denetim Masası – Yönetimsel Araçlar – Hizmetler

2) Hotspot Shield Monitoring Service çift tıkla. Başlangıç türü: Otomatik, Hizmet Durumu: Başlat

ve Hotspot Shield Service içinde aynı işlemeleri yapıyoruz. Yaptığımız anda zaten hotspot çalışır duruma geliyor. Fakat yine de bilgisayarı yeniden başlatmakta fayda var.

Bendeki sorun hizmetlerin kapatılmasındandı ki bunu kendim kurcalarken bilerek yapmıştım. Siz kurcalamadıysanız güncelleme veya herhangi bir programdan dolayı olabilir.

Sorun çözülmediyse başka bir yolu vardır elbet, araştırmaya devam

This solution is my own solution, so maybe it won't work for everyone.

I defined that the problem was 'Hotspot Services stopped or paused'

So solution is:

1) Start

2) Control Panel

3) Administrative Tools

4) Services

(sort by name, it would be easier to find)

5) double click 'Hotspot Shield Monitoring Service'.

Startup Type: Automatic

Service Status:Start

and same process for

Hotspot Shield Service

and it s done. But it is better to restart the computer.

I solved like this because i knew that the problem was because of stopped service. Maybe updates caused this.

So i hope it would help to you.
